Arbys Canastota sits on Erie Boulevard West with a simple conviction: that a coffee shop should be as thoughtful about its pour-over as a speakeasy is about its Old Fashioned. We opened our doors to Syracuse with that standard in mind — and we haven't lowered it since.
Every bean is sourced for clarity and character. Every cocktail is built from scratch. The space itself — emerald walls, warm wood, generous light — was designed to feel like a room you'd want to stay in, whether you're working a laptop for two hours or catching up with a friend over one drink.
